EQUIPMENT AND CAPABILITIES

Cutting:

  • 12' x 10 gauge mechanical shear
  • 4' x 8' CNC plasma cutting table — cut up to 1" thickness of all conductive metals
  • 4" x 6" dry cut saw
  • 45 amp Hypertherm handheld plasma cutter — cut up to 1/2" thickness

Forming:

  • 150 ton 1/4" x 13' press brake
  • 12 gauge capacity box and pan brake
  • 48" x 10 gauge roll forming

Lifting:

  • 2,000 lb forklift
  • 1.5 ton bridge crane

Welding:

  • 2x 150lb capacity welding positioners
  • 3x water cooled 325 amp AC/DC TIG welder
  • 2x 200 amp portable DC TIG
  • 230 amp MIG
  • 250 amp pulse MIG - aluminum welding capabilities
  • 200 amp pulse MIG - stainless, carbon steel, silicon bronze welding capabilities
  • 300 amp flux core MIG

  • 2500W handheld fiber laser welder with wire feeder new!
